Regardless of the skill level, the Nautilus E514 Elliptical Trainer is suited for the job. This is the machine for my cardiovascular workout because it uses the upper and lower body in a single motion with no impact. There is a computer to control 16 levels of resistance and monitor heart rate. A total of 20 workout programs offer a variety of options to different levels of discipline, from advanced to beginners. I find the 18-inch stride comfortable and smooth through out the workout. Impact on my knees and joints is kept to a minimum while working muscles.
Cardiovascular workout is the prime purpose of the Nautilus E514 Elliptical Trainer. Getting the heart rate up for a long period of time will increase lung capacity and endurance. Circulation of the blood is a primary source of heart health and overall well-being. I find myself needing no sleep through the day because working out on a regular basis causes me to sleep better through the night. Staying healthy is a great blessing in my life that saves money in medical costs.
As far as getting the package delivered, it was rather heavy, weighing in at 165 pounds. Assembly was not as easy as expected and I am mechanically inclined, but it was well worth the effort after my first workout on the machine. The computer was not too difficult to figure out. Various controls of resistance levels were readily available and heart-monitoring programs did a good job. My 185 pounds were no problem for the machine as it is capable of handling up to 300-pound big people.
My favorite thing about this machine is how compact it is. Able to fit in a corner of the room and be moved without a problem, this machine is a great deal for the money, available at around $750.
